The MBA in Organisational Development and Change enables Executive Managers to lead organisational transformation drive improved performance to achieve their organisation’s strategic objectives. Graduates of the UK Ofqual approved Diplomas (ATHE, ABE, NCC, Qualifi, OTHM) at Level 6 are invited to join us for this exciting online MBA Degree in Organisational Development and Change.
Those that have completed the approved UK Ofqual qualification (ATHE, ABE, NCC, Qualifi, OTHM) at Level 7 with 120 credits will only be required to complete a Project that is specifically related to Organisational Development and Change. We will appoint a supervisor subsequent to our approval of your Project Proposal. Our project application form is available here.
