Human Resource Management: Strategies for Success

The final year of the Bachelor in Human Resources Management (Level 6) enables students to assume responsibilities in personnel administration, strategic Human Resources planning, and organisational development. Through applied learning assessments, students will acquire practical expertise in payroll, labour relations, Corporate Social Responsibilities, recruitment, and HR analytics. By the end of the course, students will have the requisite skills and abilities to align HR practices with their organisation’s corporate strategy, ensure legal compliance, and support change management within diverse organisational contexts. The curriculum emphasizes ethical leadership, digital HR tools, and performance-driven decision-making.

Programme

We offer the 3rd and Final year of our Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Managment online. This is a Level 6 qualification of the French and European Qualification Framework and is French State recognized.

We invite graduates that have achieved Levels 4 and 5 qualifications and are therefore eligible to join this Level 6 BBA degree program.

Graduates of the UK Ofqual approved Level 5 Diplomas (ATHE, ABE, NCC, OHTM Qualifi, Eduqual) are invited to join us for this exciting online Top Up BBA Degree in Human Resources Managment which can be completed in about 12 to 15 months.
